The jungle is approximately 2 1/2 hours away and the volcano at Lake Arenal is about 3 hours from our house. This photo (above) was taken at Tabacón Hot Springs, which bubble up on the slopes of Volcan Arenal.

Tabacón Hot Springs, which bubble up on the slopes of Volcan Arenal, features acres of relaxing pools, swim-up bars and an excellent restaurant.
