Our Costa Rica beach house is situated on a beautiful quiet bay on the northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Flamingo beach resort is only a 5 minute walk away. At the nearby harbor, you can hire fishermen to take you out Marlin fishing (or any other kind of fishing you want), or arrange a boat trip to some world-class surf nearby. Costa Rica has some of the richest fishing grounds in the world. There is also diving available and jet skis which you can rent at the marina.

The house sits on the beach at beautiful Playa Potrero, which is also just a short walk to other beaches like Playa Pinca (a 10-minute jog up the beach, pictured above), or the 5-Star Melia Conchal Resort-- where you can live it up, enjoy the vast amount of entertainment options, and then return to the peaceful serenity of your own private oceanfront beach house.

In the photo above, you'll notice the hotels and marina of Flamingo Beach in the distance-- a 5-minute walk south from our home.
