The living room and dining room is an open air screened in room (really cool!), with overhead fans. There is no air conditioning in this portion of the house, including the kitchen. There are two couches and two rocking chairs along with an entertainment center which has a TV, VCR, and a CD/stereo unit. Bring your own DVDs. We don't have satellite TV, but there is a selection of approximately 40 videos to watch.
The house also has a washing machine in the lanai area along with an outside shower for washing sand off when you come up from the beach. There is also an outside sink area for you to clean fish if you go fishing.
