High Season Rate is $1895/week
Easter, Christmas & New Year's Weeks: $2295
Off-Season (August, Sept, Oct): $995/week

Security/Booking deposit of $500 confirms reservations; balance of rent is due 45 days after booking, or 45 days before arrival (whichever is sooner).  This deposit is totally refundable as long as no damage has been done to the home or personal property.  If you cancel due to things beyond your control, refunds are based on our ability to re-book those same or equivalent dates.
