"My best friend and I had a great time at Mel's house. We have been fishing for years together mostly in Gulfito . This time we were Mel's guest at Palma del Mar. Yes the house is right on the water as he said. In fact one day the Captain had us picked up in the skiff right off the sand in front of the house not to say it is too far to walk to the launching site by the Famingo Marina. My buddy got his first Marlin on this trip after years of tries. We caught them all as you can see from the pictures. The small Catalina islands in close to the house allowed us to go after great eating fish also."

"When we asked Mel why he didn't have a testimonial on his testimonial page, he said he had just been too busy getting the website together.  Because we made such a big deal out of it, he said he was going to put us there.  We Canadians know how to party, and Mel's place was a great place to do it.  When you get there, check out his guest registry at the house-- it's way too funny."
